The national network of professional women is an organization to educate, cooperate and exchange views and ideas. The theme of the NAPW network is to help women in their careers. It is one of the most rapidly growing organizations of female executives, professionals and entrepreneurs in the United States.

The NAP association rising star scholarship provided by the organization is for the moral support of the women career success. NAPW organization rising stars education scholarship is also intended for financial help in various fields of career to the financially poor students to attain their educational objectives.

Most of the children women start working at the age of six year of their child. For the last twenty years, there is two time increase of female workers in comparison with male workers.

These facts present new opportunities and challenges to the organizations. If women potential is perfectly utilized, they can make a same impact in different careers opportunities as what men can do. Some of these organizations and associations use older means like visible posting of job opportunities, career counseling, and training programs to promote career development. Some of these organizations are more innovative, such as provides opportunities for part time jobs and a variety of family-sensitive work practices.

But in many cases, women and minority workers have complained that it is difficult to find counselor, especially at upper-management levels. At such levels, many executives have had small experience working closely with women and minorities.

Although presented as a way for some women to have careers while raising a family, it was met with irritation and frustration by many women and women’s groups.

NAPW foundation provides seminars, podcasts, webinars, keynote speeches, educational tools, and fosters career development skills that enable women to achieve personal and career success. NAPW network award 5 aspiring young women a $1000 scholarship to use towards her college tuition.
